NDRC(National Development and Reform Commission)、the National Energy Administration and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued guidance note about “Promoting the wisdom energy development of "Internet +"",for the purpose to bring into full play the basic role of the Internet in the change of the energy industry, to promoting energy infrastructure opening-up reasonable,to promoting energy production and consumption,to improving public participation,speed up the formation of open and sharing as the main characteristics of the new energy industry development pattern.
The guidance point out that energy of the Internet is an important strategy to promote energy revolution,to raise the proportion of renewable energy, and promote the efficient utilization of fossil energy is clean, improving energy efficiency and promote energy market opening and industrial upgrading, to form a new economic growth point, enhance the level of international energy cooperation is of great significance.
In 2016-2018, will focus on promoting energy Internet pilot demonstration work, built a number of different types, different sizes of pilot demonstration project;Conquer a batch of major key technologies and core equipment, the technology of energy Internet will be reached the international advanced level;Initial form energy Internet market mechanism and market system;Initially build energy standard system of Internet technology,forming a batch of key technical norms and standards.
In 2019-2025, promoting energy diversification, to scale up the development, initially building energy industry system of the internet,making the Internet become an important driving force in economic growth.
The realization of these goals will help to promote the construction of infrastructure of intelligent energy production,promote energy and depth of information and communication infrastructure integration, developing wisdom on to a new model.
