Green development is the important content of construction of ecological civilization, besides, it is also the only way for China's industrial to achieve transformation and upgrade. Especially the coal industry, paper making industry, textile industry and printing industry, which have high a consumption on resource. What’ s worse, its contradiction between industry development and resource environment is still serious. Therefore, green transformation is becoming more and more urgent.

There is a clear explanation document about five projects in the document "Made in China 2025", including green manufacturing. Under the increasing pressure of global resources and environment problem, ecological design become the urgent request of product competitiveness, so environmental protection products begin to lead the international tide and trend. Our country also need to accelerate the ecological design and development, to make sure the products are in line with international market’s demand for green product, and to improve the international competitiveness of the products.

Green manufacturing is based on science and technology.

Fully implementing green manufacturing need to organize the green manufacturing project as an important starting point, vigorously promote development of green, low carbon, renewable and intensive, in particular to making the project- green technology innovation as a priority.

It is known that the improvement of green manufacturing service system, and the transformation from traditional manufacturing to green one, are both important tasks of the Industry and Information Technology in 2016. China will comprehensively promote the  green reform of iron and steel industry, chemical industry, building materials, paper making, printing, dyeing and other key industries. Besides china need to speed up the recycled process of technology development of the new generation, vigorously develop with energy efficient utilization, pollution reduction, and waste recycling.
