Industrial Revolution4.0 is first put forward by Germany as one of the ten major projects in the future, according to the project"High Technology Strategy 2020", and has also risen to be the national strategy, which is designed to support the new generation of technologies’ research and innovation. China's first set of industry4.0 line has appeared at the Sixteenth Session of China's Industrial Exposition.
"4.0 industry" raises the level of manufacturing by using new technology, such as Internet of things and intelligence, transforming from manufacturing to intelligent. With means of determining the manufacturing process, such as network technology, real-time management can be reached. Its "bottom-up" mode of production revolution, not only saves cost, time and innovative technology, but also has the potential and opportunities to create a new market.
With the goal of building a highly flexible mode of digital products and services, the concept of "industrial 4.0" contains the transformation from centralized control to distributed control. Under this mode, the traditional industry boundaries will disappear, and activities of new fields and new forms of cooperation will emerge in response to the needs of times . A change is taking place in the process of creating new value, therefore the division of labor in industrial chain will be restructured. "Industrial 4.0" is dominated by intelligence, which is the fourth industrial revolution, in other words, is revolutionary production methods. The strategy aims to make full use of the means of combining information and communication technology and network space virtual System - information Physical System ( Cyber-Physical System), to achieve the transformation from manufacturing to intelligence.
