The total investment of the project is RMB 11 billion Yuan. The planned area is from Jianshe Road in the east, to Shehe River in the west, to Lugang Commerce and Trade in the north, and to the South Ring Road in the south. The total planning area is about 5 square kilometers, with a total construction area of 2.94 million square meters. The main buildings and structures are standardized workshop, food display center, information release center, R & D center and market logistics center. The park has plans of "five areas, two centers and one platform", including eight main functional areas, namely, featured tourism food processing area, small and micro business incubation area, integrated processing area of ecological meat products, processing area of organic fruits and vegetables products, intensive processing area of high-quality grain and oil products, centralized exhibition center of industrial tourism, logistics, storage, transportation, trade center and public service platform.
