Slovenská republika is an inland country of central Europe, it extends east to Ukraine, south to Hungary, west to the Czech Republic and Austria, north to Poland, with convenient transportation and rich tourist resources. It has the largest number of castles around the world.

After independence on Jan. 1993, market economy was launched, macro control was strengthened and industrial structure was adjusted. In recent years, government strengthens the law-making, improves business condition and attracts foreign investment. After years of development, auto manufacture and electronics industry have gradually become pillar industry, market economy oriented towards exports have been formed. The main industrial sectors includes iron & steel sector, food sector, tobacco processing sector, transportation sector, petrochemical sector, machinery sector and auto sector. The main crops are barley, wheat, corn, oil crops, potatoes, beets and so on. On Mar. 29, 2004, it becomes a member of NATO; on May 1, 2004, it becomes a member of European Union; on Dec. 21, 2007, it becomes a member of Schengen states; on Jan. 2009, it combines with Euro Zone.

Real estate investment projects of Slovenská includes residential area and sports area. Projects which have been completed so far includes 6MW biomass power plant with an area of 35 hectare, 2500 meter heating pipe, infrastructure of water world, parts of network structures, parts of residential areas. The project will go on investing in sports area, such as water park, soccer field, residential area, reception restaurant of living area, network infrastructure construction.
