Hungary
Hungary is a landlocked country in central Europe bordering Austria, Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia. Up to January 2014, the country's population is 9,879,000 and the capital is Budapest. The official language is Hungarian, which is the most widely used non-Indo-European language in Europe.
Hungary is an European landlocked country located in the Danube alluvial plain, it is nestling under mountains and near the river, and it is situated near the Alps and the Carpathian Mountains in the northeast. The famous Danube flows from the southern part of Slovakia into Hungary, splitting Hungary into two parts: the East and West. Hungary is poor in resources, but has beautiful mountains and rivers as well as magnificent buildings. Throughout the year it is influenced by the Mediterranean-style climate and the Atlantic Current, therefore the weather there is warm in winter and cool in summer.
